A  With little care 3-6 months, if you treat them with respect and use maintenance products such as heat defense sprays then you could make them last over 12 months

Q How long does it take to clip in my hair extensions?

Hair Maintenance

Q Can I use heat such as straighteners, curlers, blow dryers on my hair extensions?
A Yes as its 100% Human hair it will react just like your own.  We recommend however applying heat defense sprays to protect the hair and never hold straightening irons in one place on the hair to prevent burning them. View our hair maintenance guides for full instructions.

Q Can I dye / color my hair extensions?
A Yes but they can only be dyed darker by up 2 shades, bleached hair cannot be dyed due to it already having undergone a chemical process, further coloring my damage the hair.  We recommend purchasing the correct color in the first place and getting a free color replacement if it wasn't the right match the first time you receive it.

Q Do you ship to my country and how long will it take?
A We ship to all country's worldwide by recorded delivery.  On average shipping takes 3-10 days to anywhere in the world.

Q How long does UK shipping take?
A We dispatch same/next day by first class recorded which takes 1-2days.

Q Can I return my hair extensions for a refund?
A Yes provided they are returned with 14 days of receiving them and you haven't worn the hair extensions.  Due to it being a hygiene regulated product we cannot offer refunds on used hair extensions.

Q Do you offer next day delivery?
A Yes to the United Kingdom Only by Royal Mail special delivery, at an additional cost of 5.99. Its guaranteed provided an order is placed before 3pm.
