If you need a color replacement we are happy to do this free of charge, we under stand it can be quite difficult to color match hair extensions over the internet. Just contact us to sort it out.

Refunds

If you require a refund it must be returned within 7 days after receiving your item. This will be minus our postage costs.  Due to United Kingdom legal hygiene regulations we can only refund unopened hair extensions.  Any opened / used hair extensions will not be refunded this is out legal right.
